Recording and visual artist Duckwrth, born Jared Lee, is more than ready to go to the next level since his 2016 debut release, I’M UUGLY. A project that merges the most funk, hip hop and a dash of indie rock to create a sound and visual palette that indicates he is not only growning as an artist but is well on his way to being a music icon and visionary for this generation.
He is just as committed to his own visual style and live performance which can be seen in ad campaigns for Levis, Facebook and culture driven apparel brand, Rare Panther and was proven to be larger than life on his recent tour supporting, like-minded talent, Anderson .Paak and opening for his personal fave Syd of The Internet on new years eve. With each move, it is abundantly clear that Duckwrth is growing not only as an artist but becoming a musician in his own right. I’M UUGLY combines the relentless lyrics and consistent story telling of every release, pulls you in and levels up. It is hard to imagine, this is only the beginning.

Nacolbie Jane p/k/a G.L.A.M is a rapper, producer, singer and songwriter from Los Angeles. She is the arrival of a new kind of triple threat that signifies that a change has inevitably come to the music game. Her name alone says it all, an acronym for Good Lyrics And Music; A commitment to a level of quality she intends to consistently deliver with every track she releases. Thankfully, G.L.A.M. is here.
While G.L.A.M. considers herself an emcee first, her obvious talents cannot be contained by merely one type or genre. She is a vocal and percussion prodigy who has played congas since grade school. She pens her own lyrics, is a master of punch lines and hook writing, has an impressive vocal delivery and if that’s not enough she produces her own music with an intoxicating, refreshing and kinetic mix of original yet reminiscent sounds, infectious melodies and a knack for hit-making song structures.
Her debut self produced EP AUXygen is scheduled to release this summer.
If you don't know, now you know... If you have not heard of DC alternative hip hop band RDGLDGRN, that's great. We love newbies. From recording with Pharrell Williams to collaborations with Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl to hitting the stage with legendary hip hop crew, Jurassic 5 to playing RFK Stadium to recently touring with American Reggae band, Dirty Heads, these guys have nearly cracked the surface of their expectations in music.
While the music is incredible, its the live performance that truly sets them apart and has boosted the band’s reputation and built a diverse and loyal following. Their ability to engage with their audience—combining audience participation and irreverent ad-libs and mash-ups to accompany their high-energy performances—has established RDGLDGRN as a must-see live act, sharing stages alongside Outkast, The Killers, The Foo Fighters, 311, Lauryn Hill, Talib Kweli, and AWOLNation. With each performance, RDGLDGRN delivers the kind of energy that could jump-start a stadium, as they did opening for (Foo Fighters July show), with the kind of audience connection one would expect at a private club.
